Steps in the Process:
- Contact the campus you are interested in: either the Middle School or Upper School. Alternately, you can contact our Administrative office for general information.
- Request an information packet. This will gladly be sent to you via regular post, and contains information regarding our mission, our program, our faculty, sample class descriptions, financial aid information and more.
- Share this with your child. Have them visit our web site and encourage them to list questions they might have.
- Call the appropriate campus to schedule a visit, or to come to an open house.
- Fill out and send it your application. This is due one week prior to your visit, so that the principal may read through the information and this can be discussed in further detail during your visit.
- Come to your scheduled visit. (If you can't make it, please call us to re-schedule.) Every student applicant will have a chance to visit the school and talk directly with students, teachers and the principal. Both students and parents will meet with the principal, together and separately. Parents should plan on spending 30-45 minutes at the school, while students should bring a lunch and plan on spending the day, typically 8:30 - 2:45.
- Occasionally, a second visit may be asked for, by either the student candidate or the school. If so, this will be arranged.
- After the visit, the school will contact the references provided. If any other documentation is needed, you will be asked for it at the time of the interview.
- Acceptance letters are mailed out twice during the school year: February 1 for early decisions, and April 1 for all others.
- Families typically have up to two weeks to return the contract offer in order to secure a place for the following school year.
- Once we have received a contract and deposit, you will be sent an acceptance packet of materials, including a school calendar, courses, and other materials.
